Online booking (Saint-\u00c9milion tour)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Surname, first name, e-mail, phone number, booked date and time slot, number of people. These data are used to record, confirm and honour your booking. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: 5 years for accounting and complaint-handling purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audience measurement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With your consent, anonymised traffic statistics (pages viewed, visit duration, device) are collected via Google Analytics to improve the site. Legal basis: consent. Retention: 14 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Recipients and transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your data are intended for Bruno Saint-Clair only. They are hosted by Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland \u2013 a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission). Third-party tools used with your consent (Google Analytics, Google reviews, Facebook Messenger, YouTube videos) may transfer data outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses or the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework. No data are sold or passed on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
